Our academy supports individuals to become professional, qualified financial advisers, whether you are brand new to the industry, returning from a break or an existing adviser looking to expand your offering. No matter your current situation, our academy will provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to become a successful adviser.

Since the scheme’s inception in 2016, we have trained and qualified over 130 advisers, many of whom without our support and the efforts of our specialist trainers, would not have been able to enjoy a career in financial services.

Prerequisites

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification required;

  • Previous sales experience preferred.

Application process

  • Interview with our Sales Manager and Training & Development Manager;

  • Submit completed application form;

  • Undergo credit and reference checks;

  • Complete online knowledge assessments;

  • Attend induction training day.
