With those pillars secured, Mortgage & Co were free to focus on growth. And grow they did, much faster than expected. The guys originally planned to be a three-person team for the first year. Instead, Mortgage & Co have already expanded to seven advisers and are on track to potentially reach nine by the end of the year.
